The architects provided designs, and engineers provided the required building specifications. Sulsam Ltd did not follow the engineer’s specifications and used sub-standard concrete that has resulted in water retention and some rooms have black mould on the walls. Due to the associated health risks with mould, many occupants have moved out of their apartments.
Given the resulting consequences, do you think reducing nature to a number is beneficial to the environment and accounting?
