Assessment 2 requires you to plan and evaluate a comprehensive primary health care initiative. This assessment requires you to develop PowerPoint slides that could be used to present your initiative to your team leader.

Assessment Two instructions

Assessment 2 involves developing a 15 – 20 minutes video PowerPoint presentation to address your selected health problem from assessment 1 (ePortfolio part one: Developing a health problem statement).

The presentation should be produced as a Microsoft PowerPoint file containing slides and voice-Over commentary or narration. For each slide, you should also include additional written notes, in which you elaborate on the information provided in the video presentation.
