TASK:

Based on the email and the attachments, you are to undertake a meeting with your two employees for the purpose of completing a workforce plan for this coming year to meet HR strategic objectives.
Your assessor will be playing the role of the Human Resources Consultant, with a fellow student playing th role of the Contract Specialist for the purpose of this activity. Remember! You are playing the role of the Human Resources Manager at CBSA. Your assessor will inform you of the date, time and location for the meeting.
Within the workforce plan (supplied as an attachment with the email) you need to:
▪ Determine measures of performance for each of the three HR strategic objectives.
▪ Develop a step-by-step strategy to implement each objective including a due date and who will be responsible for each step within the strategy. You should determine the strengths of workgroup members so that the strategies are more likely to be effective.
