Choose one (1) of the three (3) scenarios listed in Appendix A of this document which represent common mental health problems encountered within Primary care. Provide a beef overview of the condition and identify and describe the impact this condition may have on an individual.

Critically discuss the need for early intervention and the role of primary health in relation to your chosen scenario from a recovery oriented model. Describe the barriers and enablers of stepped care for your individual navigating Australia's health system.
