Assessment Task 5:

Task 1
As a conveyancer, conduct a conference with your client to inform them about the purchaser’s requests, Westpac’s advice, and the tenant’s refusal to vacate. You must also answer their questions and instruct them on the next steps or recourses available to them.
This is role-play activity where your assessor will play the role of the vendor, and participate in this task with you. This role play may be conducted in person at the TMG campus, or over the telephone, and you must make time to speak with your assessor.
Your assessor will assess you performance based on the Role Play Observation Checklist at the end of this assessment task.

You will be assessed on how you:
• Provide instructions or information using relevant language
• Employ listening and questioning techniques to confirm understanding
• Select appropriate form, channel and mode of communication
