You are required to work in a team of 2 members or as advised by the assessor. Choose an organisation you are familiar with or any organisation of your choice to review. (Discuss the choice with your trainer/assessor to have better clarity)

Part A: The Review meeting & Discussion

Assuming the role of HR Consultants, in a team meeting (with your team mate and assessor) review and analyse the Employee Performance Development/ Management Policy & Procedures as well as the trends &/or problem areas of your chosen organisation.

Part B: Report

Discuss the performance development systems & processes of the organisation in a 1000-word report, where you must include:

  • The importance of performance development & how it aligns with the organisational

  • Provide advice and information to the team mates on the benefits of effective performance management, and how it links with performance
  • Train the team on the new
  • Promote the implementation of the recommended PDS for the entire organisation or one work
  • Gather feedback on the recommended PDS & answer all queries after presentation.
