Part B: Report

Discuss the performance development systems & processes of the organisation in a 1000-word report, where you must include:

• The importance of performance development & how it aligns with the organisational
• Identify the procedures for acknowledging good performance and addressing under-performance in your chosen
• The strengths and weaknesses of the present performance development systems in the chosen
• Recommendations for improvement (Recommending addition of more or some specific PDSs).

Part B: Presentation & Training

Present your recommended changes to your fellow course mates (playing the role of team members in the chosen organisation) and the assessor (playing the role of the HR Manager in the chosen organisation) & conduct a short training of the new recommended PDS. While presenting, you must:

• Provide advice and information to the team mates on the benefits of effective performance management, and how it links with performance
• Train the team on the new
• Promote the implementation of the recommended PDS for the entire organisation or one work
• Gather feedback on the recommended PDS & answer all queries after presentation.
