CASE STUDY – IMPLEMENT MARKETING STRATEGIES

Project Instructions

You are required to using the case study below design and document a marketing implementation plan. You will need to provide the following documentation designed as a portfolio that can be presented to the class/teacher upon submission.

  • Summary of business and marketing objectives to be met.
  • Required personal including their roles and responsibilities
  • Marketing expectations, budget requirements.
  • An implementation plan that will also include a timeframe and methods of monitoring implementation and success. (min 1000 words)

Case Study

You have been selected to oversee marketing for an up and coming fitness business (FitHQ) that will be focusing on boot camps in the Sydney CBD area. You aim is to promote the business and insure its success through a successful marketing campaign.

The selected location will be Hyde Park and the 45min services will run daily both in the morning and evening periods.
