• The team performance framework
• KPIs for team members based on role
• Team dissolution plan

Task 3.2 Project Status Report
It is week 3 of the Project. All is currently going to plan. Produce a weekly status report.

Task 3.3 Control Project Issues
It is now week 7 of the project. Read the provided emails and:

• Assess the progress of the project
• Assess the quality of the deliverables
• Determine/undertake the steps to rectify any issues You should provide:
• Your (ie the Project Manager’s) action plan / to do list for the week
• Correspondence to the project sponsor regarding any major issues
• An email to a project team member delegating additional work
• A weekly status report.
• An updated project plan and any other control documents
• Updated risk, issue and/or change logs where appropriate.
