Instruction:

This assessment is intended to develop your understand and critical thinking with regard to analyzing a chosen leadership theory. There are many possible leadership theories you may choose to research. Some possible suggestions include transformational leadership, situational leadership, servant leadership or contingency theory leadership. You must create a 10 minute which covers the following:

1, Your video must have a title cover and agenda (PowerPoint). You must be visibly present in your video

• Select and present in detail the key elements of your leadership theory.
• Provide examples where appropriate how the theory works
• Give a well rehearsed and confident presentation
• Provide 3 reliable sources/references
• must submit a copy of your PowerPoint slides as well as the 10 minute video

Purpose: Write a personal leadership improvement plan for yourself.

You must use the leadership theory in your video presentation to explain how you will use this theory to improve your own leadership style. this assignment is 2000 words.
