Part B: Environment Analysis

For the chosen brand, do a micro-environment and a macro-environment analysis and a SWOT Analysis. This should be in clear sub-headings.
For the micro-environment analysis, you can choose whichever relevant areas to discuss of the six areas (see Topic 3, slide 4), excluding the ‘competitor environment’, which you have now already discussed. You should discuss at least two areas, though. Remember what was said earlier about the way in which you may have to intelligently guess (‘intelligent supposition’) at some of these factors for your company. This is due to it maybe being hard to find real, actual ‘micro’ information, as students may not have much access to internal company information or distributor / supplier /etc information. Teachers marking your paper will use common sense judgment, thinking about what would reasonably likely be the ‘micro’ situation for your company and brand.
