Part B Progress Report

• For this task you must submit a progress report to the ‘stakeholder” to communicate how you are implementing the final plan and monitoring the monitoring all activities according to agreed timelines.
• You will describe and demonstrate how you are providing support and assistance to colleagues involved in implementing the plan. – This may involve performance management practices that you have created in Part A of the plan.
  
• You must detail how you have been Monitoring the implementation of the integrated plan for multiple event components to ensure cohesive planning.
  
• Describe any areas where you have had to adjust the plan, systems and procedures. What these were and what you did about it.
