TASK:

Based on the email, you are to complete the following task:
A fellow student will be playing the role of the Contract Specialist for the purpose of this activity, with the assessor observing. Your assessor will also inform you of the date, time and location for the meeting. During the meeting you are required to:
Agree on professional development that the Human Resources Consultant should undertake for the year and document this within the Professional Development Plan. You should discuss and review the self- evaluation form that they have completed and determine appropriate personal/professional development activities that they can be used to improve their emotional intelligence (use the internet or another appropriate resource.) There must be at least three development activities that the attendees should undertake with specification for each on:
− The timeline to complete the development activity
− How it will be evaluated
− How achievement will be confirmed
