You will be asked to complete a project on what you have learnt. Read and respond to the project instructions. You will need to use the Alexander St. Commercial/Residential drawings and Specifications for this unit.

Part A: Risk Identification

Your organisation intends to submit a tender based on the documentation, commercial plans and specification provided for the proposed Alexander St. project.

1. Prepare a comprehensive list of risks that apply to the scope
   1. You will need to research risks that may apply to the scope
   2. Invite and communicate with relevant stakeholders

Part B: Determine and Communicate the Risk Management Process

1. As part of your organisations policies and procedures, you are required to prepare a Risk Management Process for the risks identified in Part A, above, and create a PowerPoint presentation to communicate these details to the Board of Directors.
   1. The Risk Management Process must cover all risks detailed in Part A above
   2. The PowerPoint must be a minimum of 20 slides, and be ready to present at the Board of Directors level
