Students are required to:

▪ Select two SHRM policies to be implemented in that organisation.
▪ The SHRM policies may include:
o designing and implementing cultural transformation,
o strategic workforce planning and talent management,
o strategic development of the workforce,
o aligning performance management and compensation processes,
o leveraging effective leadership processes and management competencies,
o managing diversity, managing stress and improving workplace health and well-being,
o managing the impact of technology and globalisation, and
o managing employee voice and employment ethics, or other relevant issues.
