This assignment requires you to do research. Your task is to draw on Organizational Behavior theory to critically analyze the topic of personality. Your essay should have the following sections:

2. Critically analyze the "Big Five" personality dimensions. Explain and clarify using concrete examples. Use Organizational Behavior concepts, theory and frameworks in addressing this section.
