This task requires students to establish a portfolio and generate some initial entries that link their experiences in Professional Learning to the Graduate Teacher Standards. Students will provide their lecturer with access to their e-portfolio, created using the UTS e-Portfolio platform and template. The portfolio will include:
(1) an Introductory Page
(2) a 500-word reflective entry, with examples, for each of the following GTSs:
• 3.7.1 - Describe a broad range of strategies for involving parents/carers in the educative process.
• 6.4.1 Demonstrate an understanding of the rationale for continued professional learning and implications for improved student learning
• 7.3.1 - Understand strategies for working effectively, sensitively and confidently with parents/carers.
