To complete this assessment, students need to:

• The Australian Triage Scale
• The C-POT behavioural pain scale
• The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K6 or K10)
• The FLACC paediatric pain scale
• Waterlow Pressure Ulcer Scale
• Malnutrition Universal Assessment Tool (MUST)

  (Students who wish investigate a clinical assessment tool other than those listed above should discuss the suitability of this with the unit of study coordinator before commencing the assignment. You should ensure there are at least three primary research articles that explore the reliability and or validity of your alternative tool).
