OVERVIEW
Assessment 2 is the final submission for your academic programme and you will be tasked with writing an academic report to summarize and document the outcomes of your research project. In order to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in the final dissertation report, you must be able to show that you have:
- Identified a suitable topic or subject area within the domain of computer science or subject areas that have been covered throughout your degree programme
- Applied effective literature search and review
- Clearly defined appropriate research questions, aims and objectives
- Effectively designed your research with the use of appropriate tools and methodologies
- Applied an effective use of methodologies and tools to evaluate, discuss and reflect on the outcomes of the research and the importance of these outcomes
- Adopted the appropriate ethical guidelines in both conducting your research and applying academic research standards
