 Write a report on how you completed the template

In order to design and develop a registration form, I did a bit of research about what details are required from students end for the form to be filled out. After having the requirements I started writing it down on the word document. After having all the requirements that needed to be incorporated, the designing part was then started. Few check boxes are also incorporated for the students to tick/select the appropriate option for them. Also a proper formatting of the file/form is done to keep it simple and professional at the same time.
